Returns and refunds

Because our jewelry is made with genuine precious metals and gemstones, all sales are final except in the circumstances described below.

We accept returns/refund requests only when:

• The jewelry arrives damaged.
• A stone is loose or missing upon arrival.
• The item received is the wrong size due to an error on our part.
• The item received is materially different from the item described or ordered.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the issue.
Do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Approved returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any original packaging or accompanying materials.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund or replacement will be processed.

Size Selection
Please carefully review the listed ring size before placing your order.
If the wrong size is selected by the customer, the order is generally not eligible for a refund. If a listing specifically states that a size exchange or resizing is available, please contact us before returning the item.

If Moncada Fine Jewelry sends the incorrect size due to an error on our part, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
